My First RUF Cup Race in iRacing - At Spa

This is my first attempt at streaming my racing and uploading to YouTube, so sorry if you are having trouble hearing my commentary in this video.

I'm still learning how to do all this, so I'm sure it will get better in future videos.

I've only just picked up the the New RUF Car in iRacing, so I'm just getting a feel for it here at Spa.  This is my first race in the car.

Normally I would be driving or racing the Radical SR8 - which I LOVE, but I wanted to see what this RUF Cup was all about.

I'm not an iRacing expert, in fact, I'm normally a mid-field runner, but it looks like I was placed near the front of the second split in this race, so started 5th on the grid in a 25 car field.

For me the race was pretty tense for the first couple of laps as I got used to the car, and I normally start my races from the pits to avoid the accidents, but I got through it and the race settled down in the second half.

In the end I was really please with my race result and I think I'll be jumping into the RUF car again in the future, although I don't think it will replace my love of the Radical SR8.
