Register your interest in the Cadillac Brand by filling in the form as required. Don't worry too much though, I am based in the UK - So I couldn't put my correct address details in as you can only select US States and of course the postcode format is different - even so, the offer was accepted and I was e-mailed a link with a promotional code which I then used to sign up with iRacing.
During the signup process I noticed a box to enter the e-mail address of a friend who referred me to the service so I entered my friend who is already an iRacing member. He should get a nice thank you from iRacing.

When signing up, you will need to give iRacing your details and let them know how you might like to pay them in the future should you wish to continue using the service after the 3 months. They take a $1 charge from your credit card or PayPal account to confirm you are who you say you are, but this is refunded right away.
As you can see in these screen grabs from the checkout page and my receipt, I was charged absolutely $0 - a saving of $74.85.
